Tips and Tricks from past fighters/visitors:

  • Things that may be good to pack or purchase when you are here (other than your training gear):
    • Mosquito spray
    • Thai oil - to help with the muscle soreness from training
    • Sun hat - the outdoor running can get very draining in the sun, it is recommended you wear a sun hat/cap while you run
    • Slippers or sandals to walk around and shower - this is a rural area so footwear is recommended
    • Running shoes (some people forget these!)
    • Snacks / protein shakes and bars etc
    • International adapter for power outlet (e.g. NZ to Thailand electronics are different so need adapter)
